I wanted to let you know that we are currently experiencing shipping delays due to COVID-19. Please remain patient with us during this time.
This is not usually how our company operates as we take pride in getting orders out in a timely manner. Unfortunately COVID-19 forced our fulfillment center to work short staffed, which has slowed down production/shipping times. There are also delays within UPS & the Postal service which doesn't help this situation. We are working on getting orders out as soon as we can during these difficult times. We appreciate your patience & value you as a person and a customer!
