Returns Policy

Customers are able to return unused and undamaged items within 14 days after the shipment was received for a full refund of their purchase. We do not provide a refund or returns for sticker, decals or the brand plate. SHITI Coolers is not responsible for shipping charges on returns. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Once your return is received (within the 14 day timeframe), you will receive a full refund directly to the payment method used at time of checkout. Refunds will take 3-5 business days to be credited back to the payment method used on the order. 

EXCHANGES
You may exchange a product for a new size or another product of equal value (ie: a different style hat or shirt). SHITI Coolers does not pay the shipping for exchanges. Once the item is received the exchanged item will be sent out.

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If an item is received and is damaged or defective please email support@shiticoolers.com immediately with a description of the issue and any photos of the damaged/defective items. Include your name, order number, and phone number.
